Hi, I have  had both IBS and diverticular disease for years, just now tried to recover from diverticulitis with antibiotics, think I ate too soon and too much fibre, so am back on antibiotics, fed up! Doc not sure if it's IBS or DD but said take the meds just in case.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some ill health, but hope that the medication helps! 

    Do you find that anything else helps you to manage your IBS and diverticulitis?

    Thanks, yes I avoid most fried foods.
