@katrese for them they think wrong way.. they heard as soon you cry... didn't you check how many point you may get with calculator on turn2us or something that how I did it got 12 point then they did actually awarded me 12 point..but you shouldn't cry they won't belive ya.. I had phone etc all tbey ask was how your health affects you daily and they check GP and then award... if they don't award you make sure your health problem is on your GP record then you can ask them for reconsider etc and don't cry seriously I understand how it make nervous  but still...

A benefits calculator will not tell you whether there's any entitlement to PIP. Some people cry during their Tribunal hearing because they are anxious and very worried, it's perfectly normal to be this way.

They very rarely contact anyone for any evidence. As this was a Tribunal hearing, it's not as simple as asking the to reconsider a decision. This can only done on error of law. Hopefully, katrese will be awarded.

It's a standard text message they send a lot of people when you request the MR. It doesn't mean anything other than what it says.

Those 8 weeks could be anything up to 12 weeks. Some have a decision within a couple of weeks, some several weeks and other longer. Once a decision is made you will be contacted.

Your timescale up to now has been very quick.
