    Very new to this struggling with mental health at the moment well for years just generaly need to chat with other people struggling

    Hello @williams1944 and welcome to the community :) 

    Thank you for introducing yourself and telling us about how much you are struggling with your mental health. I appreciate it isn't always easy to discuss how we feel so I really appreciate it.

    In terms of your mental health, do you have any support in place to help you manage it? For example, is your GP aware of how your mental health impacts you at the moment?


    I have included below a few of the pages I’d recommend having a look through to get used to things on the community:
