in Start here and say hello!
I lived with undiagnosed ADHD for years. Though mild, it still has been problematic, and in direct opposition to my other condition CFS/ME. The first drives me to keep active all the time, the latter needs me to rest to pace myself, to live within the uglily-named 'energy envelope'.
Its been quite challenging to balance the two, especially following a major CFS/ME relapse 3 yrs ago - leaving me mostly bed/housebound. 
Thankfully, with my husband's support - I'm coping okay 😀

    It's great to hear you have a supportive husband, you must be really appreciative of that. Aside from him, do you have any support in place from a doctor or specialist if you need to access them at all?
