Hello there @Paulete and a warm welcome to the Scope community. Well done for reaching out, and being so honest about how your feeling about your health at the moment. It takes some courage to make a first post!
As with any big change in life, I've always been told that it's best to come to terms with it at your own speed, in the way which suits you.
You're welcome to talk about things, and please know that you won't be judged. A large majority of our members have their own lived experience of disability, or else disabled family, so it's likely you'll be preaching to the choir
If you'd like to have a look at the rest of the forum, you can find all the latest conversations in our recent discussions category, all the different topics in our categories page, and you can meet and chat with other members over in our virtual coffee lounge too.
Let us know if you need a hand with anything, and I hope you enjoy spending time here.
