Hello everyone! I overturned the DWPs decision at the tribunal a few weeks ago and I got a call from the DWP this morning to asking me the have you been abroad/been in jail questions. I’m just wondering what the time frame is and how long will it take for my claim to start now?

Once payment is made it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank. This will be the money they owe you. Your 4 weekly payments will then start around 4 weeks later. You will receive a decision letter with all the details on it.
