Hi, I'm 57 and have a tumour in my spinal canal as well as degenerative disc disease and have to have morphine daily for the pain. Despite this I love to laugh and keep as active as possible.
Its good to meet you all.

Welcome to the community @Bennyboy1 How are you doing today?
It's definitely important to have a good sense of humour about things, and to stay active where you can. What kind of things do you do to help you stay active?
As janer1967 has said, you're welcome to take a look around the community and get stuck in whenever you're ready. Here are a few good places to start:- categories page - to see what kinds of topics we talk about
- recent discussions - to see what we're chatting about right now
- coffee lounge - the home of our casual conversation and games
