Hi! I was diagnosed with MS about 30 years ago. At the time it didn't affect me much, but over the past 20 years, it has affected me far more, with my balance, eyesight, and cognitive abilities to name a few!
As there's no treatment or cure, I just have to do what I can to live with it! Maybe the best part is that I am becoming far more patient and tolerant. I am still able to go to the gym, which I find helps a lot, and is a good social activity.
