    I'm not aware of an email address to contact DWP. What question do you have? I'm sure someone will be able to help further and that will save having to contact DWP.

    Hi everyone, I live in the UK and I'm wondering if I can contact department of working pensions by email, as I find it really challenging on the phone as well as to wait forever and then it cuts off. Thank you for reading I look forward to your contact. Joni

    Hello @jonii I'm afraid there's no direct way to email the DWP, is there anyone who could help you make the call? Someone can call on your behalf as long as you are with them to answer security questions. 

    Something that I find helps with any long wait is putting the phone on speaker, then you can potter about doing other things and not miss being put through. 

    What was it you needed to talk to them about? Is it something we can help with?
