Not sure about this as I’ve never had experience of being on a forum.
Im hoping that talking about my physical pain can help me emotionally and mentally. I also would like to be of help to others.
im not sure about the next section as I don’t know what tags mean. If someone can tell me that would be great.

Hello there @Torrie10 and welcome, thanks for introducing yourself
I think talking about your pain might well help you emotionally and mentally, as well as helping others who are going through similar things. You might like to visit our Chronic Pain and Pain Management category to share your experiences.
Tags are things you can use to help other people find your discussion, but you don't need to use them if you don't want to. For example if I was writing about PIP, I would use the tag 'PIP', this would display on the post, and also be part of the 'PIP' tags, where other posts with the same tag can also be found.
Depending on what device you are using, you'll see a list of our most popular tags on the right hand side side of the categories page, or at the bottom of the categories page on your phone.
I hope that makes sense, and please do say if you're still unsure about anything, we'll see how we can help!
