I came across this site while searching on Google about how / where to ask for a copy of my recent PIP assessment report. I saw a 'headline' saying something like "I just received the decision on my PIP application and I'm so hurt" (or words to that effect. I'm in the same situation, and "hurt" doesn't even begin to describe how I feel, so I thought I'd join this Community to read about others' experiences and hopefully receive some advice. It's gone 3am (3.17 to be precise as I write this) and my head is spinning with it all but I'll try to get some sleep now and check in again later this morning. Thanks for letting me into the Group.

Hello and welcome to the community @Juniper I hope you managed to get some sleep after posting this morning?
It can be a real knockback reading a PIP report, as it might not clearly reflect how our conditions impact us day to day. You're certainly not alone in feeling this way as you say. Make sure you take time to look after yourself and your wellbeing this week. There'll be plenty of support waiting for you here when your ready to come back online.
It would be helpful to know if you've got your decision letter yet? Once you have, you can decide whether or not you'd like to challenge the decision. We can help support you through your next steps as and when
If you've got any questions, or would just like to chat, please don't hesitate to let us know.
