I got my letter on my bday, end of dec, for 22nd jan, so im guessing in about a month for yours maybe, im not sure, i am in wales, may be different elsewhere 🤔xx

Just had my date it’s 13th feb 2024 at 3pm in person 🥲 I’m sure I requested a phone one 🥲 not sure how I feel about it as wanted phone call due to my knee issues

I think aftet yesterday, the phone call would be worse, as in its easier looking someone in face, you can see their expression and its much easier,, so pls pls dont. Worry,, they will put you at ease xxx

On the back of the letter you get from magistrates clurt it says ring if yiu have any sprcial requirements,, i would have been in a total meltdown had it not been for my blue badge, as i did not know there was no parking facilities,, so i had to park on 3 yellows 😳,, but im allowed with badge,  xx

Im still same boat, tech difficulties,,,, i even tried on pc rather than phone,, same status 🤔,,,,, i think apart from rainbow getting rsi, and myself,, we could actually between us crash the site 😳

@Rainbow116 hey pls pls pls dont worry,, the hardest part is finding a parking space,,, the rest just be honest and be yourself,,,, pls do not worry,,, i know how u feel tho, i was up at 3.30 checking  and i still have technical difficulties 😧,,, well the website does, and pribablu me,,,  but pls donot worry 😊

If it keeps saying that for quite sometime you may be able to reach out to the HMCTS, it may be something on their end they need to fix?

@Jimm_Scope  i took your advice, i nearly put phone down as it was a long wait,,, git thru and tge lady said she coukd e mail me my resukt,,,,, i have been awarded pip 😎😁😎😁😎😁 so happy, thisbwill make such a difference, until 2027,, standard and enhanced,, hasnt really sunk in yet not sure about anything but i am so grateful that the court have heard me and knee i wasnt lying,, i am all iver the place tbh 😂😂
