Hi there I'm new to Scope and I have had back pain since I was 13 after falling downstairs, I'm now 50 and only last 2 years I have been taken seriously and had scans which revealed I have spinal stenosis and injections won't help and its too late for surgery. Recently it's getting so much worse and can barely walk and it's so embarrassing. I have other health conditions too which his a large umbilical hernia and asthma. Also possible heart problem which is being investigated. I am worried and scared about my future and just would like someone to talk to who understands 😔
