It sounds really positive that payment went into your bank on the 1st of December @gadge690. Thanks for keeping us informed.
I am wishing you the best of luck with the letter to see what award they have given you. Please feel free to let us know how it goes and if you need any support in the meantime.
We are all here for you and listening to you. You don't have to face this, or anything else, alone if you don't want to.
Take care for now and we will look forward to, hopefully, hearing from you again soon0 -
ok received my award letter and have just been awarded standard daily living and nothing for mobility apparently i showed no signs of breatlessness when having assessment but on my lcwra assessment which was face to face my assessor noticed i was very out of breath. i am considering doing a MR, what does anyone think my chances are?0
-
8 points for daily living 4 points for mobility awarded0

How do you feel about your award @gadge690? If you want to challenge the decision then your next step would be submitting an MR, and if that's unsuccessful, you can appeal to tribunal.
Scope has information and guidance on appealing a DWP decision, if that helps, please have a read0 -

You're welcome, and that's good to hear @gadge690, it might help to write down what you'd like to discuss so you don't miss anything on the day.
Let us know how it goes, and I hope Citizens Advice can help support you!1 -
gadge690 said:nothing for mobility apparently i showed no signs of breatlessness when having assessmentThat sounds like a typical copy and paste response that they like to use. They also use, made good eye contact, did not look nervous, had good knowledge etc etc etc.All you have to say on your MR is that for the majority of days you are...... and the Assessor only assessed you for an hour so they did not witness the problems you have throughout the day and on the majority of days... Then go on to explain why under regulation 4 of the Social Security (Personal Independence Payment) Regulations 2013 why you cannot do the activities you are asking the descision maker to look at again (a) safely; (b) to an acceptable standard; (c) repeatedly; and (d) within a reasonable time period. More about the "Reliably" regulation here https://pipinfo.net/issues/reliably Give detailed examples of when things went wrong and what were the consiquences and who witnessed what happened. Keep your written evidence within each PIP activities descriptor.More about the PIP activities here https://pipinfo.net/#activities0
