Hi I'm joining this group hoping to meet people who I hope know what I'm going through. Being partially disabled and in chronic pain has changed my life so much that I just feel I don't have a life anymore. Even though I do tell my self that people are dealing with worse things then myself. But I just feel so alone,isolated,and find it so hard to except me for who iam now.

As Teddy said, we are a friendly and supportive community, we have a section called Coffee Lounge where we share out interests, play games and have general discussions. We also have a section on Chronic Pain and Pain Management, if you ever had any questions, wanted to talk to someone or just generally have a vent. 

When you said, "that people are dealing with worse things than myself", please remember your feelings are valid and we are here to listen

How have you been feeling today? If it's ok to ask, are you receiving enough medical support from your team to help manage your pain and with your life changes? 

I'd love to know more about you, if you're willing to share. Have you got any hobbies? Have you read a good book or watched something good on the TV recently?
