I have just been diagnosed with Essential Tremor. I have it in my arms, hands, legs, trunk neck & even mouth. It is becoming more intrusive. I'm wondering about trialing B1 jabs? Has anybody tried this?
I'm also wondering if hand weights might help me as I love craft activities. Struggle due to the hand shakes.

Hello and welcome @waveylines thanks for joining and explaining a bit about yourself
I'm sorry to hear your Essential Tremor has become a bit more intrusive, have you spoken to your GP about the impact this is having? Maybe you could chat with them about B1 jabs, or hand weights?
It might be worth asking about whether an occupational therapist could help with any aids or equipment too.
What sort of craft do you enjoy?
