in Start here and say hello!
Thanks for having me, I look forward to sharing things, sometimes I feel im the only one with scoliosis, stenosis and L4-5 fusion 10 years ago  and  now severe pain. I had fusion T 9- 10 5 years ago. I have cervical stenosis also. ! 

So I join you all for a natter! 
Nice to find the site that welcomes this.

    Ooft it sounds like you have your hands full with those conditions, it can feel like you're the only one going through it, can't it? Do you have a good medical team and GP looking after you?
