Hi, I called the automated line today and said my payment will be paid 13th January of £467! I first received a text yesterday I was just wondering if I’ll get backdated pay before the 13th January

You should never rely on the automated line plus it will not say backpayments. The award of £467 looks like Enhanced Daily Living & Standard Mobility, You should expect your backpayment this week.

Hello @charl2020 and thanks for your question, was the text about your PIP application?

I hope the reply above can help answer things for you, but let us know if you're still unsure of anything :)

Thank you! Yes it sort of helped I received the text message from DWP stating that I was accepted and that I should received a letter within the next 2 weeks telling me everything basically, I just wanted to know if I can rely on the automated line as it said I’ll receive first payment 13th January oh £467

The automated payment line has been known to give incorrect information as has been advised. Your decision letter will tell you all the information you need. Or you can ring PIP and ask what you've been awarded as well as when to expect any money they may owe you.
