PiP Green Paper Upsetting Me

I trying to find answers for my worry of what's to come with pip changes. If I were to lose pip and appeal do you still keep getting money during the appeal process or does it stop and then only backdated if you win. Also will my lcwra stop when these changes happen if I lose pip. I really going out of my mind with all this now. I cannot sleep and think about it all day and feel worn out with it all.
