hi there I’ve recently been awarded standard ADP and limited capability I got the below letter couple of days ago stating that is is the amount of UC I’m owed is this my limited capability back dated as they have taken wot UC I’ve already had already from the said dates ? Regards gordon

    Yes that is your LCWRA backpayment.

    Yes LCWRA has been added to your UC award, and you can get ADP on top.

    Because they've recalculated your entitlement to include LCWRA, and then subtracted what you've already been paid for the same time period.

    The difference is the backpay you are owed.
