Hearing loss and pip

Has anyone had success with pip when comes to hearing loss had a test today to confirm what I already suspected deaf in one ear and need hearing aid and absolutely deaf in other and no hope of improve, operation and then high risk of infection prevent hearing aid use in that ear as no middle ear bit, it affects me in such a way that I obviously wear a aid for communication and I know about the rule that if u wear hearing aids u get two points on washing due to safety if u remove hearing aids it can mean u need support with someone in house for bathing, I need help with if I'm out or about or at appointments due to hearing as well I often miss what people are saying or if shout me I don't hear or if in busy areas I don't engage socially well as I don't hear people what would score on points for this, I have audiology reports proving how bad hearing is now in both ears

2 points for wearing bi-lateral hearing aids was what I got, nothing else.

2 points for me as well for needing 2 hearing aids.
The other thing we can get is a free bus pass from the local council if 2 hearings are needed.

@KG100 My local council (Durham) will only now give bus passes out to people who literally can't walk. If using PIP as eligibility, they will only count points from descriptor 2 of Mobility Activities - Moving Around. Anything else from PIP is not counted. 😕
