I have been a proud Buddhist since I undertook a class at Manchester Buddhist Centre in 2010. I follow the five precepts, the four noble truths, the five precepts in Buddhism alongside living my life on the noble eightfold path. It brings me peace, calmness and a quiet mind when the times I lose my way. I believe in one day when I pass away, my body will become an empty vessel and I will be reincarnated into whatever form it may be in my next life.

i was born in a Catholic family, my mother had a wonderful parents and i had wonderful grandparents who loved me very much both from my mother’s and my father’s side, for my grandfather i was his beloved granddaughter, i remember when i was telling my mother that to talk to God i don’t need to go to the church, when i needed her help i called her mobile, wrote on WhatsApp, i wrote on her instagram, wrote her text messages , she suggested that if i feel lonely i should buy a cat for myself or other things, and she only wrote one word to me as her answer to me, once a lovely woman called me a dear person belonging to the Protestant church in the UK and she said to me “ Aga , i heard the voice of God to give you the money “, i thanked her very much and didn’t take it i had money, once i went shopping to the shopping centre on Monday it was completely empty around no people, and a lot of space around and the only person walking towards me was a man i knew and for whom i was full of admiration and he was a wonderful person.

i inherited from my beloved grandmothers to have green fingers and passion for plants, my grandmother often gave me a tincture made of real amber, which she kept in a decanter especially for me .

Thank You Agnia, I'm hoping you have had a good day too and that you have a lovely relaxing evening. I will go back to researching on Ancestry when I'm feeling a bit better but yes, it was my maternal great grandfather who was from Poland and I recall there seemed to be a lot of second and third cousins but not first cousins, but I need to research it properly 😊.

I’m a proud Buddhist, who lives by the precepts and teachings of Lord Buddha. I’m also a Vegan, I don’t believe in doing any untoward harm or killing to any sentient beings. I believe in the right way, right speech and right intention. I also believe when I die that my body as an empty vessel will be cremated and my spirit will be reincarnated into a new life whatever shape that may be, hopefully as a Sloth in Costa Rica.
