Both me and my husband are in our 40s and have ADHD, our son is 5 and we also think he may have it. The lack of sleep we both recieve is just awful, and is severly effecting all our mental health. We have asked for support from drs and other professionals but nothing seems to help him, we are at a total loss and need some help.

Hi @Hanz84 and a warm welcome to the community from me!
Lack of sleep can definitely effect your mental health so it is very understandable why you feel this way.
Has the GP started the ADHD referral process for your son? Or has school?
What strategies have you tried so far?0
