I think the media are pushing this MH and neurodivergent narrative tbh . I’ve also read they’re concentrating on invisible conditions, arthritis etc . Unless they change it it’s supposed to be how the condition affects you . If you’ve been given a 4 point already which is hard to get ( I get enhanced but no 4 ) then I can’t see how they can remove it with no explanation. I think it’ll be harder for me as although I qualified on paper for a 4 next time I’ll have to fight for it . You have a 4 so they know you deserve it , I would try not to worry if you can . I emailed starmer this morning and said your policies are ruining the Labour Party, you need to show you care about the people and change this reforms especially the 4 points. I’d already told him my conditions and that even bed /house bound mostly I still didn’t get a 4 point as assessors don’t award them .

Its awful, I am so stressed as everyone are, I got 4 points in my first pip application that was turned down , then in 2023 I got awarded , but no 4 points and put the same condition down , my re-assessment is in now , I cannot sleep well , but this could take months to get a yes or no . My conditions are worse now and I also have hearing loss with hearing aids on it . I have to just wait and see . I forgot to ask for a phone assessment , but they will send an appointment if they are going to assess me again and then I will ring and ask for the phone assessment , it would make me really ill if I had to physically go and have a face to face, I've put i cannot look strangers in the eye and I hide behind dark glasses and a hand fan the spanish type .

I have heard of people getting a paper based assessment and I really hope I do when my time comes. I’m sick , literally, of saying the same thing to them for conditions with no cure or treatment. I just looked back at my last assessment and from my form and what I said I should have I got a 4 . I wonder if they knew in advance though I’m probably overthinking it. This time I’ll go MR and tribunal for the 4 points. Imagine the ivermectin a million of us going to appeal . Even those who don’t qualify for a 4 will now appeal when before they would’ve been happy at standard . I don’t see how they’ll cope with it, the system will fall.

See, I came on here thinking this community would have some compassion for others losing there homes and money, but I found some very selfish people wishing or glad other lose their money instead of them. I'm absolutely appalled at some of the comments on here, blaming pensioners for getting a rise and refugees for seeking help. Some of you need to grow up and do what you were supposed to do and help each other.

I don’t know why you have to keep repeating this to me on every thread, despite me being kind and clearly expressing my stance. Let me say it once again: 👇🏼
I have clearly stated my views that this current Pathways to Work Green Paper proposal is threatening the life of my family, including my children. I am not referring to any other Pathways to Work proposal here, nor anything that happened whatever years ago.
Many others, like me, share the same views and are fighting this shared cause. For the first time, we have HOPE that our collective voices can impact the trajectory of these proposals getting implemented.
Please, assuming you are akin, I kindly plead with you not to create any doubts or ruin our HOPE in moving forward. Please 🙏🏽3 -

I'm sorry I haven't explained this clearly enough.
Pathways to Work is not new. The policies are not new. Research its history.
I'm telling you that the risk to claimants is high not because of any proposals but because of alterations to the WCA process - twice - which escaped most people's attention. It's time for fact-checking not wishful thinking.

I always had that impression of him, it was interesting that it mirrored my existing thoughts.
As an example I felt he only won the election due to the Tories imploding, rather than people liking him or his policies, he barely had any policies as for the most part Labour have just carried on Tory stuff, and I believe Kendall amongst others when they were plotting against Corbyn, seeked out Keir rather than him actively trying to become leader.
The article I also believe to be true that when he became Labour leader he initially was acting like he would continue Corbyn values, but of course as we now know he went on to join the Tories in abusing Corbyn in parliament, someone from his own party and an ex leader of the party.
I have never considered Keir to have any principles, but rather he just changes his position to whatever he think will make him popular in swing seats. That Labour are acting now as if they need to appease Reform voters, doesnt surpise me one bit. He is certainly no Blair.2 -
He is a chameleon , changing to suit those around him . A psychopath with no empathy or ability to read the room. Completely out of his depth. Kendall I think is ruthless, reeves too but also out of her depth . Starmer I just wonder if with enough pushback can flip flop again. All IMO obviously

Labour are a party of charlatans who've masqueraded as a party which stands for the rights of the workers, the poor, disabled, elderly and vulnerable.
Then the Tories and Reform who only care about pensioners because of the fact they're a voting bloc, if pensioners didn't bother to vote they'd would get kicked to the curve given the cold and calculated nature of those parties.
There needs to be a way where disabled people are under a political umbrella as a voting bloc. The facts are disabled people have to fight every single day to survive in a society which is being conditioned to see them as a burden on the the state.
I want Starmer, Badenoch and Farage to grasp this fact as all 3 cheer on cuts, that if anyone dies because of these cuts then I hope to god they have the best handwash on the market.
I have a problem with powerful people who refuse to acknowledge the consequences of their own actions, especially people whose job descriptions play an important role in the lives other people.
