I have read from several sources recently published that those in the lcwra group will not be reassessed, only in exceptional circumstances such as reports to changes in health, investigating fraud, etc

I'm in a state of confusion over this, as whilst I've read the above from several sources, it seems that some people don't think this to be correct?

Please could you let me know your thoughts on this and why you think that? I ask to try to get clarity.

And also, please could you let me know in your opinion, as i know this can only be answered through personal opinion, if someone has previously scored 4 points in one of the daily living criteria of PIP and their circumstances have not changed, in your opinion do you think they'd get the 4 points again upon reassessment?

I do wonder if Starmer/Reeves are deliberately trying to tank Labour? They have lost the plot with their "plans".

Remember to complete the Green Paper questionnaire and, if need be, return to it if you think of something you hadn't the first time. Call them out (politely) for not consulting on key changes.

It is very strange. Maybe, just maybe the light bulb moment has happened for them and they're now seriously considering U turning on WFP and the cruel benefit reforms, doing this will surely get them some votes back. I know they haven't said anything, but maybe they wont until things are concrete.

I'd rather never vote Labour again even if they do do a u-turn because of what they've done, but what's the alternative? If I vote for Greens they'll probably not get in and because that's one less vote for Labour it'll be more likely that the Tories or Reform will succeed and then we'd be back where we are with all the worry and things could be much, much worse than they are now.
