Thanks @ancojo I've raised this. Sorry I've not replied to confirm. 🙂 If you've not heard back within a few weeks, please give me a nudge.

Hi I was wondering is there anyway of help for my energy costs please?

Holly_Alumni · June 2025

Hi @zoeyh86 we have a dedicated webpage for support here - Disability Energy Support | Disability charity Scope UK which might be helpful 😊

On a separate note, I've just sent you a private message. Please keep an eye out for it.

Snowflake1999 · October 2025

Holly_Alumni · October 2025

Hi @Snowflake1999 I'm going to pop you a private message imminently - please keep an eye out for this.

Wibbles · October 2025

Hello,

I was just wondering whether Scope was going to be repeating the "energy voucher" scheme again this year ?

I am on Non means tested benefits so no Warm Homes Discount….

Jane315STARX · October 2025

Good question it would certainly help.I contacted my energy supplier about the warm home discount who gave me an 0800 number which doesn't even exist!

Rosie_Scope · October 2025

@Holly_Scope is our main contact for energy support team @Wibbles and @Jane315STARX, so I'll ask her to confirm things once she's in next.

But in the meantime, if you want to get in contact with the Disability Energy Support team, they should be able to tell you what kind of schemes are running to help you save money over Winter: https://www.scope.org.uk/disability-energy-support

Holly_Alumni · October 2025

Hi @Wibbles and @Jane315STARX I can confirm these are available (conditional to meeting the criteria). You'll need to contact the team via Disability Energy Support | Disability charity Scope UK and try to include as much information as you're comfortable sharing because there are an array of potential support and cost saving options we might be able to support with.

If you have any issues, just give me a shout. I will add that the team are working through a bit of a backlog at the minute so please bare with us once you've submitted the requests. 😊
