Doubt reform would want to .

not a chance ….
Labour as a party are finished for the foreseeable future !
Reform will have a majority come the next election = no need for a coalition .

Thankyou for your kind comments, I try my best not to beleive everything I read online(media) and mainstream news channels, who seem to revel in stirring things up to get clicks or viewing figures. I do my own proper research into anything this government is proposing to put forward, and usually find hardly any of it would be legal, or it would certainly discriminate against disabled or vulnerable groups.
It upsets and angers me that the government and media can get away with putting out so called policies which they themselves know are contentious, cruel, discriminatory, and probably illegal. I know it's difficult for everyone on here to ignore the constant barrage of drivel about what Labour will do next, having to listen (and look at) their smug, contorted, nasty faces announcing with glee about more cuts to disability benefits, whilst they accept freebies and have posh dinners.
If my posts help to put some folks minds at ease I'm very happy to continue researching these 'reforms' , and show them for the utter sham they are, and will be shown to be vey soon.

What is this all about?
Can someone tell me, looking after granny and children is cute for the public but looking after the brain damaged person, handicapped in a wheelchair isn't so cute is it?
There’s also a hierarchy of sympathy in how people perceive vulnerability:
Children and elderly people are often seen as more "deserving" or "innocent."
Disabled people, particularly working-age adults, are too often unfairly framed as burdens or benefit scroungers — a narrative that gained traction in Britain during the austerity years.

It’s hard to know what to believe. One minute it looks bad then I read they’re turning against him

Tried not to give up hope but isn't looking good for sick and disabled.
Guessing the disability Act 2010 is not there to protect after all.
The Equality Act 2010 ensures equal rights for disabled people by prohibiting discrimination, including direct and indirect discrimination, harassment, and victimisation.
We are totally being discriminated against and harassment, this government is causing pain and suffering I can't get my head around how they can just do it mind boggling really is 😡

I read in the daily express that it’s been put forward ( Gordon brown I think ) that they can pay for the scrapping of the two child limit but taxing gambling sites . If this is the case maybe another u turn could come for us especially as MPs are apparently still putting pressure on starmer . The fact he’s going against reeves shows he’s u turning.

I think Sunak would of unturned long before this had he stayed

Disgusting that they think this is okay

I could be wrong but it may be that right now nothing has changed in parliament but if if does we may have rights to block certain parts of any new legislation. Right now Starmer and reeves said no WFA u turn , days later a u U-turn . They said they can’t afford to scrap the two child limit but now talk of a u turn. Fingers crossed he u turns again for us 🤞🙏

I believe that this will pass but some aspects will get watered down, that's my hypothesis.
Don't give up hope, I'm really tired, my neck issues are getting worse, I'm miserable but I'm not letting these narcissistic abusers to grind me down to the dust.
Our lives were never meant to be easy, it's a fight every day and that we can overcome our obstacles we face, we can overcome these nasty pieces of work.
I'll take a break until sometime next week to stop myself spamming, take care and look after yourselves.

I got an email back from DPAC today about my concerns over the legality about giving the WFA back to pensioners and abloishing the 2 child benefit cap, whilst cutting support for disabled and vulnerable groups. This is the reply;
we've already met with PLP and are due to meet a barrister working with Leigh Day next week so if any legal challenges are possible we'll be taking action. Sadly it seems to not be straightforward.Linda
I also researched what she meant by 'not straightforward' as it might mean a grey area legally.
Key Points from the DPAC Response
"We've already met with PLP and are due to meet a barrister working with Leigh Day next week..."
- PLP = Public Law Project (a leading organisation specialising in legal challenges to government decisions).
- Leigh Day = A major law firm that has successfully challenged DWP policies in the past (e.g. PIP mobility changes, UC discrimination cases).
- They are clearly already investigating legal action and taking it seriously.
"...if any legal challenges are possible we'll be taking action."
- DPAC is committed to pursuing a challenge if the legal grounds are there.
- This also suggests they're being strategic and careful — which is wise, because launching a judicial review is complex, expensive, and must meet specific legal criteria.
"Sadly it seems to not be straightforward."
- This acknowledges what’s often the case: not all unfair policies are automatically illegal, and some may be legally grey areas.
- It may reflect the early stage of legal assessment, or difficulties in proving discrimination under current law.
✅ What This Means for You
- Your concerns are valid and shared by leading campaigners and legal experts.
- DPAC is already engaged with top legal minds, so you're aligned with active, informed resistance.
- The issue is complex, but not being ignored — there’s a path forward, even if it's difficult.

Thank you Charlie. I really hope the MPs supporting us so far continue to put pressure on starmer and do not cave in to his emotional blackmail. I did read he’s being implored to think about taxing gambling sites to fund it , that could mean they won’t need to go ahead with the disability cuts to pay .

I’ve read that starmers being advised to tax gambling sites after he’s said to have asked for ways to fund scrapping the two child limit, apparently. If this is the case it means he’s u turning and may u turn again if the MPs continue to rebel against disabled cuts. I also read an article which seemed to suggest it’s Starmer who’s getting more forceful with the things he wants . In other words he’s throwing reeves under the bus to try and save himself.

I also emailed Jeremy Corbyn & Diane Abbot even though theyr'e not my local MP's about the issue of possible discrimination to disabled and other vulnerable groups by uturns to WFA and the 2 child benefit cap. Hopefully they may inform other mp's about our concerns or even kick up a fuss for us, like yourself and Catherine keep emphasising, it's still important to not give up hope and carry on emailing your own local mp (even if they don't reply) and other mp's who aren't your mp, as they still receive your emails, and possibly will read them and take notice or our concerns.
Keep well 😊
