Erection Help & Advice Wanted

Greetings from Milton Keynes man. About 10 years ago I gave up my job to become the main carer for my wife until her death. So no intimacy possibly for over 10 years as she was a wheelchair user etc. I have now found someone from Nigeria that I am due to marry shortly. But I am a Type 2 Diabetic and probably have Parkinson's Disease so I have found a very brave lady taking me on and as I am typing this my head is bobbling and my left hand shaking but never mind as I am still functioning. To add to this I have gone completely impotent so I can't do the husband - wife deed which is very important to us. No proper morning woods, no rising to the occasion just 50 or 100 failures to boast of. Sildenafil, Tadalfil & Testosterone Gel has not transformed me into an elderly porn star. The penis has not gone from the floor to the ceiling. Incidentally should I ever need a full time carer, my lady would have to be in the UK for 3 years before she could receive Carer's Allowance!
Today, 28 February 2025, I finally saw a urologist who said the MUSE pellets that are placed in the urethra are currently unavailable and only injections directly into the penis are available for me on the NHS. I am squeamish and don't like injections, particularly somewhere as delicate as the penis. The urologist said he would refer me to a specialist nurse at another hospital who would teach me about injecting myself but he did not know if the nurse would even accept a referral from another hospital. Makes me think he was new to working in this region as he does not know the rules here? He said that he could write out a prescription for a penis vacuum pump but the NHS would not fund this and I would have to pay myself. When I got home I checked up and my reading of below (much text removed by me. Original is much longer), indicates I was told wrongly. Please help clarify if this is nationwide and up to date.

Hi, you did not mention your age as that can affect in senior years ED. Now I cannot get an erection without nipple stimulation. I know we are all wired differently, but in my case it is this stimulation that brings my penis alive. In fact I can even climax hands free of my member after extended stimulation. I mentioned this to a mate 12 years ago, who was having erection problems but he dismissed it without trying it thinking it was an odd thing to do. This was his loss and my gain for many years of solitary life and now at 76, nothing has changed. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose, but a lot to gain.

Try these
Cloves. They are mildly antiseptic, they have stirred things up for me. Raw Cacao Powder. I emphasise Cacao, not cocoa. And finally the most successful for me is Cinnamon Powder. It takes a few weeks to get into the system, but it's worth it. Happy Days😎
