I can't spend much time online so I miss a lot of posts. I'm sure Strawberry will be back one day. I know you miss her. I miss a few people and the kindness on this forum.

Hi dear @Santosha12 , thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your kind words, nothing but nothing except the stress i already have and anxiety and suffering from a very serious deep depression didn’t give me additional huge stress that i received here recently and in the past i received a huge stress here as well and i strongly believe and i think that as a person who receives high pip my mental health was not protected and taken into account and consideration here , and burden on my soul spending days in completely dark bedroom with earplugs pain in my lower back pain in my chest panic attacks pain in my larynx huge pressure in my temples that didn’t go away even after strong medication completely lack of appetite breathing problems heart palpitations , please take care of yourself. ♥️🌹Thank you .

Agnia, are you able to edit your posts? With your 2,414 posts it only says 'connected'. That should have changed by now - 'connected' is a new joiner's status. That might explain comments queued and Scope should change that for you.

as i wrote on June 6th here under this thread i love Laura Richards i love this woman she has a BSc in Sociology, i studied Sociology my economic education was helpful in running a successful business in the past and having the privilege of working for wonderful people in the past .

Agnia, I mean you shouldn't still be a 'connected' member of the forum. You haven't just joined. Scope needs to change your rank and this will stop the comments queued and allow you to edit!

Scope? Is this something you can fix for Agnia?

Agnia is not a new member and her 'connected' rank belongs to new members. This oversight has clearly caused a lot of unnecessary distress.

Are you saying being on here is causing you huge additional stress?? If it is why would you stay?? What's causing the stress? I hope it can be fixed!! I took a lot of time away for various reasons and it can help to feel better ❤️

I don't really understand the pip part because most of the people here are disabled and many claim pip, what protection are you looking for and from what??

@Agnia, I realise your trust in Scope is really low at the moment and I'm not sure there's anything I can say to make that better, but we are doing our best to help.

I've had a look at the settings and made some changes. Your rank is now what it should be and you'll be able to edit your posts for up to 24 hours after they've been posted.

I have also done all I can to make sure that your posts will go straight through without being picked up by the automatic spam filter. I know that after difficult experiences in the past, this caused you a lot of upset and I'm really sorry the system kept picking up on things that it shouldn't have. This setting should mean that it doesn't happen again.

If you spot anything else that isn't quite right please just let us know or drop us an email. It may not be me that is in each day, so @Community_Scope is usually the best account to tag if you need anything.

i created a new thread called “ request please “ on June 4th trying to post my statement on this forum and what was happening here on this forum

there are members of this forum that i do like very much i consider them as my friends i do value our connection and conversation and i do appreciate our connection, but im also greatly really shocked sick disappointed and think and strongly believe that the action here on this forum was not related to the protection of my health and in my best interest and this is really sad and im the person who supported Scope with donations and peace is one of my highest values in my life, this is really sad.

B, this has upset Agnia a lot because her comments were being queued while Scope kept telling her it had been fixed. Then it would happen again. It triggered a MH crisis more than once. She is extremely sensitive and vulnerable so her connections on this forum are important, as mine are to me. Agnia can now edit posts too.

Hi @WhatThe I just want to clear up that Agnia's comments are not being queued. A couple of them have been being automatically flagged as spam which unfortunately can happen, especially when there is a lot of comments being posted in a short amount of time.

But like Rosie mentioned above, we're done everything we can to make sure that Agnia's comments go straight through and we have tried a different setting now to hopefully stop this from happening.

So sorry it has caused you so much distress @Agnia, its last thing we want you to feel when using the community.

and i stand by all i have expressed and have written in my emails, i didn’t write everything yet and this is because i was feeling very bad and also i have to think about whether it makes sense to write another email.
