PIP does not affect UC. They are separate benefits.

I had pip tribunal court for pip and the court did not give me hearing date can anyone tell me please if you had any experienced in that and why would they send letter of the decision without telling me by email the triubnal only gave email to say they have done decision and and reason will be in the letter?

That is standard procedure. They are not meant to tell people by phone or email, although some of them do. Hopefully it will be a good result.

I have been looked at online and court have refused me for pip .Can you please tell me that the pip will be linked universal credit next year at the end of this month there will debate if the mp vote agains the green paper will labour will still go ahead with pip linked with universal credit also can you please tell me this importand because if i have been refused for pip after 2026 will i not get any money from goverment for long because 6 month and 1 year money wont be enough because i have children how will i look after these kids? Thanks

Please do not answer to the question that you dont know because you just said to me false information before. I need to know if the mp vote goes against the green paper why the goverment going ahead to do the green paper rules for next year and i need to know if we dont get pip and work less hours will we still getting benefit from that low wages because how will people feed there children?

People on low wages will still get UC but be treated as Job Seekers. They must be actively looking for more work in order to get the money.
People who cannot work due to health issues will get UC and a health element and are not expected to look for work.

Your Previous answer is that for the rule that will come on november 2026 because the question i am asking about is about the rule that will come in effected after november 2026 can we get benefit if we work for less hour but i am not saying i will work if i get better by that time and work less hour can we still get universal credit ? Yes, that is what we are expecting to happen if those rules come in.
People who cannot work due to medical reasons will still get a health element of UC.
People who don't have medical issues will be expected to look for more work in order to keep getting UC.
PIP staff can check what you get on UC if they want to. But they don't have immediate access to information like that.

I need to know about direct payment is that hard to get because if someone has illness what condition that will qualify for direct payment and is that pays long as they want i am not sure how it works because i am completely heard recently about that? Thanks

Direct payments are not about a specific condition. They are about the care that a person needs.
You have to have a Needs Assessment done by your local Council Social Services. They decide whether you are entitled to Direct Payments or not.

You have been refused PIP at tribunal level. As far as I know PIP will not be linked to UC. You won't get PIP if it is linked to UC, because you have been refused PIP. PIP will still be a separate benefit. Being honest with you, you will need to be looking for work on UC and if you have kids to look after, it would be better to find work. You'll be better doing that for sure.

As stated above, PIP could see you UC payments if needed to, as all benefits are paid from the DWP. I thought you had stated previously you had been refused PIP or awaiting a tribunal?
