I'm waiting for my UC letter I bet I will shake when comes so it's a Brown envelope sometimes they send white so that's good to know I definitely haven't thrown it out or not opened ekk

Kemi did excellent speech in parliament about grooming gangs so alot of Labour mps from way back will be worried so labour will be known as the ones who ignored these poor poor girls voices and they will also be known as the ones who are against the most vunerable in society disgraceful how they get up and show thier faces is beyond Me must be robots ???

Its nothing like a "comedy show".
People are genuinely worried, scared and literally trying to fight to survive.
How on earth can any of that be compared to a "comedy show"?!

No I mean the person in their office I’ve noticed usually signs their own name . Before election I received a couple from starmers office signed by one man in particular. This time no name

Hi all ,
Can I ask for your opinion please regarding pip review . My award is up next Feb but I haven’t yet received a form . I’m worried this is the dwp extending it so I fall under the new 4 point rule should it pass . Is anyone in same situation? Can anyone offer any advice or their personal opinion on what they would do in regards to leaving it or calling them . Thank you in advance

Good I don't wish bad karma on anyone but him and his bully boys deserve everything they get thoer quiet happy to throw thousands into poverty despair what do you think of ellen clifford interview she spoke amazingly I guess I just wanted to hear they was taking court hopefully this will happen if put into law he's going to be kicking himself he didn't do turn human rights are on to this and dpac really putting pressure on I still email my mp every article and called him out for not putting through with a case number I've done about 40 emails and I noticed more mps asking for home address before responding they wasn't do that so much in the beginning hope your OK x

I usually get the name of the person who writes on their behalf. So from kemi office it said from Ella on behalf of kemi . From starmers I’ve had from Alastair. This time just from the office. Almost as though they don’t want to put their names to it

Well they haven’t considered the impact as they rushing it through without the impact assessments

they are later sending them out as to what they used to do … i think it used to be roughly 6 months prior to the award ending but now it's 16 weeks i believe …
i had the same issue last year with my wifes assessment.
if your award is up in feb expect it to arrive around oct/nov

Hi bton, can I ask what are they doing regarding medical evidence. My named GP is not the one I see so I don’t want them contacting him . I usually get my own letter plus medical notes . My Dr said she’ll mention it to my named GP in case . She also said regarding the lifetime awards that run currently she’s never seen anyone at the surgery getting them so what there for she doesn’t know. She also said regarding severe conditions that right now dwp seem to have their own criteria instead of NHS.

the reason for the lateness of the form is due to the amount new claims (they get priority)and staff that have been assigned to help with the migration to universal credit ….
regarding medical evidence i can't comment on that …. my wife has mental health issues and i always enter the details of her phychiatric nurse if they need to consult on her condition.
my wife had no face to face, but as a precaution i took photos of every page of the assessment. If she has to attend a face to face in future i shall be recording it (you are allowed) …. anything to stop the assessors putting down something which isn't said or done.
