Hi @Nyzzy
That's no problem at all.
As they say: "it's better late than never"
Please do let me know if I can help in anyway ???

Thank you. Please tell me how to find a good psychologist. I noticed that some are not good at all and their intervention can be more harmful than helpful. They waste time on triggers rather than focusing on finding the cause roots of the illness.

Hi @Nyzzy I think a 'good psychologist' is a very personal and objective thing, what is good for one person may not be good for another. To find qualified psychotherapist you can speak to your GP or check the British Association for Councelling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Your options are to go through the NHS or to go private, there is lots of information here.Scope
