Now we get to find out which MPs support the state sanctioned murder of disabled people via this vote today. Will be very telling.

What's going to happen to all the unpaid carers who are now going to have to go back to work even though their loved ones are significantly disabled but don't score enough on the point system?

Who is going to provide the care for thousands of disabled people that thousands of carers currently do and how is that cost effective ?

the idea is that disabled people who rely on unpaid carers suddenly lose them. and then if they cant fend for themselves, they die. in their eyes, it's worth it to "balance te books" or whatever neoliberal drivel they think is true.

The debate on the bill begins in the House of Commons at 12:40 PM, our first clear sign of how many MPs are willing to break ranks and vote with their conscience. The final vote is expected at 7 PM this evening.

If we do not get the result we hoped for, take heart. This isn’t the end, it’s simply the next step. If the vote doesn’t go our way, we regroup. We lobby harder. We speak with greater clarity. And however long it takes, we’ll stay the course, because real change is built on sustained pressure.
