With no clarification on LCWRA at all, I'm still at a loss as to whether it's best to apply for PIP now or just wait and see what happens. This is chaos.

The destination they're moving towards clearly shows you'll be better protected on PIP, if you qualify. I would arrange an interview at your local Citizens Advice Bureau, and make clear it's about PIP/benefits. They usually have an expert who can advise you and help you prepare a thoroughly detailed application.

Correct. 83 Labour rebels are needed if every other MP outside Labour votes against the bill. Marr says he understands the government have secured enough votes to win.
He says 50ish who will definitely vote against.

Hi, Im desperate to find out if income related ESA will be affected by tomorrow's bill. It should pass and if it does, will I be protected as health element of universal credit should be.
They want me to migrate across to universal credit but if I am protected while on the ESA, I would rather wait for a while.
Does anyone know please.

I’m sure I read one mp said they’re happy they’ve saved their constituents pip . Can’t remember who it was . Obviously all along it was about their voters and not future sick and disabled

I am being reviewed in 2027 i have already been given 4 points on one of my criteria - if i have no change will i still get my award and will it be less money - i have been on pip for around 10 years with no change ?

I'm starting to feel more ill with all of this, I'm sure it's stress and I probably need a break. But that's really hard to do when this is all going on, so hard to take your mind off it.

They are changing the assessments and descriptors that score points, but we don't know how yet and maybe not until 2027. But I'd think if you get 4 points on something now, and you've been on PIP for 10 years, I would guess you'll be OK in terms of getting some award.
