Waiting to get onto LCWRA but got told i will need to do work related activities since im in LCW

I asked in my journal to apply to LCWRA and they asked me for my doctors name and phone number and if i would give them permission to talk to them but i got given a phone appointment and got told i needed to think of activities that will improve my work or social skills and that they have not followed through with starting my LCWRA application yet and that i need to keep reminding them in my journal
I have not been able to work or go college or do social activities etc since i was 17 and it gets worse as time goes on so its a lot worse now
How can i manage to do work related activities etc if im unable to? and even if i managed to think of something that they would technically class as work related activities etc and managed to do it to some extent wouldnt that automatically fail me on my application to LCWRA anyway?

If you are waiting for a WCA to determine if you have LCWRA, you are still expected to participate in work-related activities as part of your Universal Credit claim. However, once the WCA is completed and you are found to have LCWRA, the work-related activity requirements will be lifted.
I've been there myself and it's so frustrating, but it's worth asking your work coach if you could meet half way on things. So you don't have to go in for work meetings, but you still speak on the phone?

If you were previously assessed and found to have LCW then you need to do work related activities. Only when you have been found to have LCWRA and have the extra element applied do you not need to do this. This is even if you have put an application for LCWRA. You have to keep to your agreed commitments otherwise it'll affect payments.
