Not a good day today. I suffer from depression and have done ever since my daughter died. Her anniversary was made worse this year with it being the first year I have not had Toby. Toby was her dog and my last link with her. My life changed for ever after her death and what I find hardest is life around me carries on just as before.

I have had two lots of Talking Therapy and take medication but some days are really hard.

I just think we should be kinder to each other as we do not know what others are suffering.

OOh Bluebell I'm so so so sorry to hear this I really am your such a kind wonderful soul I can imagine you do get depressed very emotional day and time for you my love and heart goes to you today and everyday sending so much love and hugs to you xxx
