    we have some family friends coming to stay with us for New Year in the Highlands. Are you doing anything nice for New Year @Bluebell21 and @Holly_Scope?

    I am not too bad thanks @Holly_Scope I have been grocery shopping and also picked some tablets for the dog up from the vets.

    @Bluebell21 sounds like you've had a productive day. Awww that's lovely that your spending New Years day with your brother.

    I have decided to have a quiet New Years. I saw my group of friends Saturday for our annual get together which was nice. My Mum lives far away so I'll probably facetime her for a little bit and indulge in a few glasses of wine but I don't think I'll be awake to see in the New Year. ☺️ Thanks for asking!

    These are my parents friends but we always see them around Christmas at ours and a few times a year. A nice quiet New Year sounds like a plan.
