    Ah that's great news @Schildpad that'll be a big weight off your shoulders for a while at least. Once every three months is a lot better than every week. 😆

    I think sleep has been avoiding a lot of people with the warm nights. Hopefully you can catch up on some sleep soon.

    Albus it was sometimes month ly in one and every two months the other one . Now only need to pop in in the pharmacy and order it and I am on repeat prescription. So it will be less stressful.. I only will need to order on line the painkillers. It should have been like this but I don't understand why my GP did not have me on repeat prescription.. well better later than never. Before had to order it on line ... It is much better now..

    Ooh nice @Ranald , comfy! Glad you've found it whilst we've still got some summer. Thundered here at 0300, only short duration and pretended to cough so dogs didn't notice 😊.

    We have the old, refurbed air conditioning unit on full blast and I still feel like I'm underwater. The air is so sticky today, ew ew ew!

    It's gone very hot here in Birmingham. Ive got two fans on in the living room for me and the dog and cat. I got my cat a round scratch mat, she is using it to sleep in she absolutely loves it. She goes in my kitchen and scratches my mats instead of her new bed!

    I had a difficult morning, i had no choice but to go out to the hospital For a Dexa scan, first time in months that ive left the house, only i couldn't have it as there isn't much room between the table and scanner, basically I'm to rotund. I had a cry 😢 but at least I faced the fear of going out. Im going out with friends for lunch tomorrow, for my birthday. I hope it doesn't get to hot.

    Hope everyone has a peaceful night and it cools at least a bit.

    Thank you. She is very funny if my dog goes near her new scratch bed or we try to move it she pounces on it you can't move it when she's in it lol. Love them both they make you smile with both their antics. They both try to get on the window chair too, or my dog who is 13, tries to squeeze himself in her smaller bed and just barks constantly to try to move her and she swipes and jumps on him but you know they love each other.

    i am seriously considering one of those portable air con.. one of those you put the house out of the window. the fan does not really work. as it is far too hot. but i guess it is better than nothing…. anyway you have a nice evening .. i could use the air con only in very hot days…

    I guess air con might have to wait for.next year but it will be good to get ready for.next year.

    I woke up with palpitations and pain around my left armpit etc around that area. It is better now . I need to calm down but every day seems to be a struggle. Today is Wednesday so it is going to b busy need to be there by 11 but it is better than getting depressed at home and i Will be back by 2.30 pm.
