How is your day going?

It's gone very hot here in Birmingham. Ive got two fans on in the living room for me and the dog and cat. I got my cat a round scratch mat, she is using it to sleep in she absolutely loves it. She goes in my kitchen and scratches my mats instead of her new bed!

I had a difficult morning, i had no choice but to go out to the hospital For a Dexa scan, first time in months that ive left the house, only i couldn't have it as there isn't much room between the table and scanner, basically I'm to rotund. I had a cry 😢 but at least I faced the fear of going out. Im going out with friends for lunch tomorrow, for my birthday. I hope it doesn't get to hot.

Thank you. She is very funny if my dog goes near her new scratch bed or we try to move it she pounces on it you can't move it when she's in it lol. Love them both they make you smile with both their antics. They both try to get on the window chair too, or my dog who is 13, tries to squeeze himself in her smaller bed and just barks constantly to try to move her and she swipes and jumps on him but you know they love each other.

I've got one it's a life changer mind you I put the window cover up wonky stuck down with loads of tape but yes so good

I hardly slept last night and I got up early.

I'm so tired so I'm going to lay down for a while as I'm going out later.

hey, is has be very hot today with work today . i was very sweaty and hot and anxious to with and did have shaking legs and sometimes shaking fingers

Night.. not feeling great.. I just will go to sleep. But not looking forward to wake up. Have a good night..... Life is just too hard and scary.
