Oh @Catherine21 please try not to panic, she's bound to be in pain after having teeth out, but they'll be causing less pain in the long run, that cant have been comfortable having lots of nasty teeth in her mouth. She'll be ok, she's reacting like any of us would after a tooth extraction.

@Grumpy1314 sorry to hear that, I know it can be very tricky living on your own at the best of times, but speaking from experience, it's often good for us to talk, even if we want to hide away.
Going back to one of your earlier comments about us contacting you though, please be aware if you mention anything that could trigger safeguarding, we will safeguard you, as we do have duty of care.

Good morning all
I am exhausted again today but I'm going out later to enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful sea views.
I am forever trying to focus on the positive aspects of life and trying to make the most of each day because life is short and I try to enjoy mine, despite many challenging health issues.

Good afternoon, Grumpy
Itβs hard for me to put things into words or get my point across due to the downturn in my mental health over the last five years alongside slowly losing my short term memory since being diagnosed with long covid in 2023
You express yourself so well here! I look forward to seeing your gardening project take shape

Please don't feel awful @Catherine21 you were doing what's best for your little buddy. It sounds like she struggles with pain and is quite vocal about her feelings? It'll take a day or two but she'll calm down in time, it's probably all very confusing for her right now, so just give her plenty of cuddles, if she wants them of course. π

Evening all. Not particularly ok. I am ok until I am not . That is normally after I am back home and I am on my own.. hopefully tomorrow I will feel better. Monday is bank holiday so I have to find something to do instead of staying at home.... Until tomorrow.

Got powerchair yesterday, not long back from first 6.5 miles with Gus (Floors are going to be a whole lot dirtier from now on).

Sorry I've not been online Catherine/not very well. Have been thinking of you and little Fifi. I'm sorry she's struggled since her op. My Natalie-Tiffany did struggle for 2 to 3 days last year. She'd also had c 10 teeth out (not bad re plaque) but cracked teeth they found during op. She was under anaesthetic for just over 1.5 hrs, she's 8 now. I'd tried to encourage her to drink to get her liver metabolising the drugs out of system but she didn't much/couldn't force her. I think it's just a natural process and time, and rest. I've not let my other two dogs have there's done because of her reaction to the anaesthetic, their teethlings aren't bad (no discomfort). I hope she picks up soon and then feels much better having had them done. Take good care of yourself too, sending hugs to you and Fifi xx
