UC is not that bad but it is good to have someone there just in case and it is not long. I hope you sore throat gets better.

I have woken up feeling quite deflated today.
I normally try so hard to remain positive but its very hard always feeling exhausted through lack of sleep and endless pain.

Uh, your post Catherine has just made me realise no flights overhead last night or this morning. I'm on a flight path/incoming flights to major airport. I might go on Flight radar and have a nosey. Eerily quiet.
I went to the dentist yesterday c 20 miles away across country lanes. I always go slow around the corners (horses etc). I turned a corner and there was an amazing bird sat in the road. It was a crane, never seen one before it was magnificent, flapping away, had to just stop and wait admiring it. It was worthwhile going to the dentist if 'only' to see that 😍.

Good morning all
It's freezing here 6 degrees
I'm. Still in pain with my knee

It may be due to some European airports being closed due to drones being spotted? That'd certainly limit some flights at least.

Oh yes good point. I've just looked at Flightradar only one in my vicinity now, usually 10+ at least. Apparently, an Emirates airbus landed c 0630 well it definitely didn't come overhead here so thinking the flight path might have altered.
I was invited into the flight deck in July 2001 (many people were I'm sure) on the way to Gran Canaria after telling the cabin crew I'd just had flying lessons at Blackpool airport. That obviously stopped later that year after the tragedy of 911 💔.

I would love to have got a photo of it, I was thinking that whilst waiting! But I keep my phone away from me in my bag on back seat so I'm not tempted whilst driving. It was truly the most beautiful creature, I was more worried at someone coming around the corner and hitting me, there's some real divs who don't slow down round there, despite a lot of farms and horses around.
It was only a check up, I cancelled the last 3 appointments over the last year/last minute because of illness so felt I'm in the last chance saloon, not that they've warned me and I'm very lucky I've still got an NHS dentist and she is amazing. Back next Weds for hygiene appt but 4 injections needed, yeeks.
I hope you are doing ok Catherine 👍 🫠.
