really struggling through the summer holidays

hi there and welcome to the forum there is a post about how to cope with summer holidays at the top of this page so I would recommend that you have a look at that.
My tips from a disabled young person.
- Go out on days out as much as possible.
- Extra screen time
- still have the same bed time and wake up time as it gets you and the kids in the same routine as they were before the summer.
As well as these tips I would recommend that you check out the coffee lounge for a general chat or the games den for some fun.0 -
Hi @steph293 and a warm welcome to the community from me!
It's understandable why you're feeling like this, it sounds like you're doing with a lot and it is very hard when family and friends don't really get it.
Have you had a carer's assessments before? If not, then this may be worth looking into as its usually a good way to get any additional help and support you may be eligible for.
I also recently created this post on parent and carer wellbeing during the summer holidays that may be helpful to have a look at as it may have some links that may be beneficial☺️0
