    I cannot concentrate on long reims of repetitive copy and paste and its dragging me right down, so I'm going to wait for official announcements to be made.

    i hope the anxiety clinic will be able to help if they accept me. i struggle to accept i have many years to live this tortuous life.. i still can not forget about the incident today. i hope it will pass.. anwyay… night..

    Just eaten porridge and sultanas then a peanut butter sandwich (ok, 3 peanut butter sandwiches).

    I am now about to put my layers on to give Gus his walk. It's funny, my wardrobe seems to be the same all year round now!

    Nope, out in the countryside, very dark! I have a head torch plus the lights on either scooter or chair.

    Btw, if you haven't tried Meridian, then you don't know what peanut butter is. 🐷

    One day I shall throw caution to the wind and try the almond butter!
