@Catherine21 Fifi will be in your heart forever and also in spirit. It will be hard but you have to try to take pleasure in things again little by little. Try to go out and meet people etc. I know it is hard.

@Catherine21 i think i managed to sort out something today but i am not sure. i am always worried. even when things are sorted out. because i need reassurance things are sorted out. i will find out in a few days. still waiting letter from the bank and will have to get it to the bank in case this is a scam. phone seems real but also pops as scam.. so when i get the letter i will go to the bank and show it to them in case if it them or not. i hope it is not the debt collector.. i am paying the only debt i have with a debt charity who are helping out to clear it. i have no clue. it could be the bank owes me money from old isas.. i have no idea. but i do not trust any of this.
yes i know the feeling of losing a pet i had one cat when i was a kid and she lasted until my early twenties. it is hard.

another message that is in revision .. it is frustrating.
i am so so now. always worry. this anxiety is getting worse. i hope the new treatment will help but being cbt i am not sure as i have done it before. i hope it will work because it is really getting worse.
tomorrow i am back to a Thursday session. i am a client there but i hope to spend a couple of hours there and back home. that is i feel ok. as i am rather anxious now.

@Catherine21 I'm so sorry to hear about Fifi. I can't imagine how much your heart is breaking. Let the tears flow but try to make time to do something nice for yourself. It's a big shock to lose such an important part of your family after 15 years. It will take time to feel better but it will happen. I'm glad that you're on a waiting list for therapy, I hope the wait isn't too long. Sending gentle hugs.

Catherine I hope therapy works. You might not have to wait for too long. . I am starting therapy next week. Mine was also about 6 months wait. I have tried so many. I am already saying it will not work. But I will give it a shot. I need to get my anxiety down it is really ruining my life. Anyway. Now a long day until bed time.

Weather is changing.. getting colder and days will get shorter. I really dislike wintertime. Short days and misery. I do not like it. Dark very early etc.. I got one of those clocks that mimic daylight ..I guess I will have to use it. But I lately live in darkness with all blinds down.
Fifi will be in a place with no suffering no pain. Only peacefulness..
Have a good day any of those who will be out and enjoying outside. Bad weather will come and it won't be a time to be outside. Only when strictly necessary.

Oh @Catherine21 I'm so so sorry you're having to go through this. But it DOES get better. You'll never forget her, but you'll feel the pain less as time goes on. And you know she'd hate to know you were sad.
