night everybody.. i am so so. I am rather scared really about the future. i try not to think about it but i keep worrying about it. my anxiety is bad but i start therapy next week. so i will see how it goes. i am not very keen on cbt again and i hope it is not cbt but i think it is.
i am not sure how many sessions i will have but i am a bit scared about the whole thing. but i need to try.

Throbs too

Think it's osteoarthritis

Morning folks!
@luvpink hope you have a fab time. Who're you seeing?
@Amberpearl sorry to hear about your knee, I'd recommend calling your GP in the morning and keeping weight off it for now.
@Schildpad they should have told you what sort of therapy you'll be taking part in, did they not do that? Hoping it really helps though. 😊
Hope you enjoyed your rations last night @Chris75_ 😋

@Albus_Scope I think it is because maybe it will be an assessment to check what therapy should I have. I filled in a long form and I think that was a pre assessment . And maybe next week will be a face to face assessment. I hope therapy will work. Bit I am living in fear all the time. Always anxious and scared ..
