September 2025 in Start here and say hello!

I am 82 years old, my wife recently died with the Alzheimer disease. I receive the middle rate of DLA, will any money that she left me affect the DLA payment I receive?

  I'm so sorry for your loss. No any money your wife has left you will not affect your DLA because DLA is not means tested😊
