good morning everyone

I had a good
day.
I actually managed to get out for a couple of hours, after having been stuck at home unwell for several weeks.
I feel exhausted but happy I seem to be feeling a little bit better.
I'm going to rebuild some strength little by little day by day now.

IIm going to watch Oscar wildes The picture of Dorian Gray

the picture of dorian gray is a brilliant book… there are some films and also plays but i think the book is better. but i just can not concentrate enough anymore…
i am having a rather anxious time.. so i will try to relax and until tomorrow.. but honestly it is a torture.
also better not to read the news as they are even more depressing…..
anyway good night………

another message that went to inspection… i just do not know what wording to use anymore.. it does not matter…. ok… it got through.. but lately it is just not sure as sometimes it is not automatic….
anyway.. night night…

I feel for you as I know how anxiety how debilitating it is for the last few months ive been doing mantras every negative fearful thought im challenging it and replacing i am strong I am powerful I am in control over and over we are living in a world we find hard and with the way the world is today its so impacting especially on our mental health thats the effect they want so cruel but its worked for them for centuries they rely on the psychological warfare we forget how resilant strong we are the world is a stage try to limit all channels that will get you locked in fear trapped in that never ending cycle connect to nature do breathing exercises try to do things you used to get pleasure from my thinking is the world will always be this way them above will always be callous cruel but im seeing a change im seeing millions of people waking up we are not alone we are connecting manifest a peaceful life manifest your hearts desires thrive the best you can everyday brings diffrent thoughts feelings some days better than others the most important thing is be kind to yourself and believe in your power we all have it deep inside f

Today was not a great day, a close friend passed yesterday. He was a the nicest person you could have met, gave more of himself than he should just to help others, and was a bastion of safety for those struggling (as he did) with mental health.
He wouldn't want people to stay sad though, and the outpouring of condolences on social media is heartwarming.

I ended my relationship of nearly three months yesterday, my ex lives around three hours from me and I was with him yesterday so spent the day travelling home.
Today I’ve caught up with some sleep and will go to Morrisons to get some shopping in.
