the picture of dorian gray is a brilliant book… there are some films and also plays but i think the book is better. but i just can not concentrate enough anymore…
i am having a rather anxious time.. so i will try to relax and until tomorrow.. but honestly it is a torture.
also better not to read the news as they are even more depressing…..
anyway good night………

Today was not a great day, a close friend passed yesterday. He was a the nicest person you could have met, gave more of himself than he should just to help others, and was a bastion of safety for those struggling (as he did) with mental health.
He wouldn't want people to stay sad though, and the outpouring of condolences on social media is heartwarming.

I ended my relationship of nearly three months yesterday, my ex lives around three hours from me and I was with him yesterday so spent the day travelling home.
Today I’ve caught up with some sleep and will go to Morrisons to get some shopping in.

Hi @nightofechoes welcome to the Community. I am sorry your relationship has ended and you then had to travel for three hours to get home.
Have a look around and join in when you are ready.
Take care.

Hello @MrPenguin and welcome to the community.
I lost someone important to me very recently too. Please look after yourself and reach out to the people around you. People grieve in different ways and there is no right or wrong way, so do what you need to do and treat yourself with kindness right now.
