    can you delete first comment and i forget to put the right spell in .

    i still feel anxious and been overwhelm yesterday, when was beer festival in different town . again with my parents and older sister & her boyfriend but did ended leaving . i don't feel like i fit in no matter who i with and is same with both of my parents and as well of my older sister . i feel more heard over here then bother with my parents or my older sister since i know they can't get what i want from them with emotion .

    hey is been another meh and annoying day . my mum doesn't help at all , even when i say fine or yeah or okay , still get angry at me no matter if i lie or not . when i don't lie i still get my mum to get angry at me no matter what emotion i been . so far is has be mixed emotion , anger, anxious and being frustrated and sometimes sad . anxiety is can be mixed depending on the day of week or weekend .

    another day.. i did not go out.. but tomorrow i will have to. honestly it is a struggle. every day seems like trying to climb a mountain. i am not sure really how to carry on. i try but it is and feels like a torture.. tomorrow will be another day.

    i finally got an mri in November… l hope it is not too late as pain it is bad and i am sure something is going on. …

    I went out to lunch today.

    Its been really bitterly cold and nowhere seems to have any heating on.

    Looking forward to watching Stricktly snuggled under a blanket with my heating on.
