hey is been another meh and annoying day . my mum doesn't help at all , even when i say fine or yeah or okay , still get angry at me no matter if i lie or not . when i don't lie i still get my mum to get angry at me no matter what emotion i been . so far is has be mixed emotion , anger, anxious and being frustrated and sometimes sad . anxiety is can be mixed depending on the day of week or weekend .

another day.. i did not go out.. but tomorrow i will have to. honestly it is a struggle. every day seems like trying to climb a mountain. i am not sure really how to carry on. i try but it is and feels like a torture.. tomorrow will be another day.
i finally got an mri in November… l hope it is not too late as pain it is bad and i am sure something is going on. …

I went out to lunch today.
Its been really bitterly cold and nowhere seems to have any heating on.

Ive deleted Facebook been spending hours on it going to be so hard as im actually addicted but I am weaning myself of it all and if it comes to the point I will replace my phone with a basic one see this is where I think they have an advantage as so many people addicted to phones and its a big deal im already feeling the urge to get it back

Its really hard as I know hes at the end of his life's journey but he gets so spiteful its impossible ive forgiven him for alot but he still hurts me

Morning everyone 💛 It's been so wet here too but its just about clearing up for now. The Autumn colours have really come in on the trees lately, it's very pretty in the park when it's not raining!
